About the role 
Join at a pivotal time as we continue to expand our early-phase oncology pipeline, with multiple assets progressing through clinical development and strong future portfolio momentum. 

We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison / Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our Medical team in a senior, field-based role covering New South Wales. This role focuses on early-phase and pipeline oncology assets, with a strong emphasis on shaping clinical development and medical strategy through high-quality scientific exchange. 

This is a non-promotional role, offering the opportunity to work closely with leading oncology experts and internal stakeholders to influence how future therapies are developed and brought to patients. 

Your role will include: 

• Leading high-quality, peer-to-peer scientific exchange on early-phase data, pipeline assets and the evolving oncology treatment landscape 

• Engaging healthcare professionals and external experts to understand unmet needs and generate insights that inform clinical development and medical strategy 

• Translating medical insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape pipeline decisions and cross-functional planning 

• Partnering closely with Clinical Development to support trial feasibility, site engagement and early-phase study delivery 

• Strategic territory planning and cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs and Clinical teams 

About you 
You are a scientifically curious and strategically minded medical professional with strong oncology expertise and experience in scientific engagement. You bring the ability to translate insights into clinical and strategic impact and are motivated by contributing to the development of future therapies. 

You will need: 

•  Advanced scientific or clinical qualification (PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent) or MSc with relevant oncology and/or industry experience 

• Oncology experience within pharmaceutical, clinical research or Medical Affairs environments 

• Proven experience in peer-to-peer scientific engagement with healthcare professionals or external experts 

• Experience or exposure to clinical trials, clinical development or early-phase studies 

• Ability to manage a field-based role with regular regional travel
